Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use ViewInRoom, a product of Next Everything Inc ("we", "us"). By installing the widget or paying for a plan you agree to them.

What the service does

ViewInRoom is a widget for furniture stores. A shopper uploads one photo of their room and sees your product placed into that photo. You receive a monthly report with the numbers behind it.

Plans and limits

• Every plan includes a fixed number of visualizations per month. The current plans and prices are listed on viewinroom.com.
• When the limit is reached, the widget pauses. It never spends more than your plan allows without your action.
• On Standard and above you may buy extra visualizations at the listed rate. This is optional and off by default.
• A single shopper can generate at most five visualizations per day, so one person cannot drain your monthly limit.

The first month

The first month is one hundred dollars flat and includes the visualizations, styling of the widget to your site, and a report at the end.

If the results do not convince you, tell us within the first month and we refund that payment. You can stop at any time, and we remove the widget from your site for you.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance. Either side can cancel before the next billing date with no penalty. We do not charge cancellation fees.

Your content

• You keep all rights to your product photos, your brand and your store content.
• You give us permission to use those images only to run the service for you.
• Shoppers keep the rights to their room photos. We handle them as described in the Privacy Policy.
• Visualizations generated for your store are yours to use in your own marketing.

Acceptable use

Do not use ViewInRoom to process photos you have no right to use, to generate misleading claims about a product, or to attempt to break, overload or reverse engineer the service.

What we promise, and what we do not

We work hard to keep the service available and the results accurate, and we will tell you promptly if something breaks.

We cannot promise a specific increase in sales. Figures on our website are industry ranges and our own observations, not a guarantee of your results. Visualizations are a realistic preview, not a measurement tool, and should not replace product dimensions.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or fails to pay, after telling you first where reasonably possible.

Changes

If we change these terms, the date at the top changes. Material changes take effect from your next billing cycle.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
